Cross Country Practice Kicks Off This WeekBelow is our practice schedule for this week:
- Monday - 7 AM at Central Park (Map Link). Meet near the dog park.
- Tuesday:
- 7 AM at Fairview Park (Map Link). Meet near the picnic shelter.
- Weight Room: Girls at 3:30 PM, Boys at 4:15 PM. Meet in small weight room next to the pool (Map Link). We will lift for approximately 45 minutes.
- Wednesday -7 AM at Central Park (Map Link). Meet near the dog park.
- Thursday:
- 7 AM at Fairview Park (Map Link). Meet near the picnic shelter.

- Friday - 7 AM at HBHS track stadium (Map Link).
- Saturday - 7 AM at Coastal Peak Park (El Moro) at 6:45 AM (Map Link). We have to meet this early so we can get parking. We will meet near the playground area.
Track & Field Camp - July 15th through 26thInterested in coming out for track and field this year? Come out and try our summer camp. This is a great way to learn more about the sport and improve your fitness for the upcoming season!
- Monday - Friday July 15 - 26th, 9 - 11 am
- Cost: One week $150 per week, if attend both weeks, $250.
- Location: HBHS Track and Field Stadium
Mark Your Calendars - Cross Country Parent Meeting on August 22ndWe will host an in-person parent meeting on August 22nd at 6 PM in the HBHS Student Center for all cross country athletes and parents. At this meeting, we will cover important details about the season. We will also be collecting financial contributions and handing out uniforms, warm-ups, and team shirts. We ask that all parents attend this meeting.

- Getting Cleared: All athletes must be cleared before you can come to practice. Please reference the Parent Meeting Handout for complete information on what is needed to get cleared. The required elements for clearance are listed below:
